• Household annual income of $50,000 or more for couples and single individuals

• If married, husband and wife must attend the 90-minute tour together.

• If you are a cohabitant couple, proof of same residence must be presented at the time of tour. As proof, we will accept matching addresses on ID, utility bills, phone bill, car registration or magazine showing each of you at a matching address.
